Avery Sen

Avery Sen specializes in strategic foresight, science policy, and R&D management. He is a methods-based analyst who uses rigorous social science methods to help innovative executives navigate socio-technical change. Avery served on the Interagency Working Group on the Science of Science Policy and was awarded two Bronze Medals from the US Department of Commerce for strategic planning and research management at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. He holds a B.A. in Science & Technology Studies from Cornell University, and an M.A. in International Science and Technology Policy and PhD in Public Administration from The George Washington University.
